More often in corporation, training is done by means of a template scenario. Our approach is that no company or person is the same, as such, no training session can be a template. The objective is to learn, some prefer tasks, others learn by visual stimulants, others by participating in a conversation. The end goal is that they learn, and we aim to facilitate that for all parties involved.
SOP Building
Standard operation process building is an essential skill to have for your internal team. As we work side by side with you, we build a mutual understanding of your business needs, and periodically we will provide a training for your employees on the best use case scenarios, leveraging modern tools, in dept knowledge upon applications and most efficient means available to improve their skill set and save time for future scenarios.
At the end of each session, a booklet will be made to provide a same level equivalence for future employees in their onboarding period
